About the artists:
Chet Davis, a lifelong artist, educator, and advocate from Central Pennsylvania, has dedicated over fifty years to the arts. Known for his expressive figurative work, Davis views art as a visual expression of the soul’s deepest concerns, often focusing on powerful, emotional moments that reflect shared human experiences. A Penn State Schuylkill alumnus, he credits his time on campus in 1969–70 as a pivotal foundation for his growth—from a hesitant teen to a confident art education major at University Park. Davis holds degrees from Penn State and the Hartford Art School and has exhibited widely in solo and national shows throughout his career.
