Dive into the deep past with Dr. Edward Landing, State Paleontologist Emeritus, as he unveils the fascinating story of Starks Knob at 5 pm on Thursday, June 26. Bring a lawn chair to Starts Knob on Route 4 just north of Schuylerville and learn about the basaltic pillow lava formation formed over 440 million years ago that we know as Starks Knob today.
