The Psalms: Our Daily Nourishment

We may prefer sweet baked goods on a daily basis. However, rye bread, sourdough and other choices are the more stable nourishment. We need to chew and digest! The same is true when we pray the psalms. We do not pick and choose. In this retreat we will look at a selection of psalms and together find out the message that applies to our daily life. The journey may include the question, “How long Lord?” (Ps. 13) and eventually leads to “Praise the Lord in the sanctuary” (Ps. 150).
