Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath

Cacao is a gentle heart opening plant medicine.

Dive into your hearts center through a soothing sensory experience where we combine ancient cacao, meditation and sound bathing. Immerse yourself in an unique experience turning inward to reconnect with your heart.

Surround yourself with likeminded individuals at @thebarnintottenham, an enchanting space that we are so blessed to have use of for this sacred gathering.

Shannon, owner of @divine_being and notorious celestial DJ will be working her Magick with a beautiful heart centered sound bath.

You will sip a warm cup of cacao, be guided through a gentle meditation and then immerse yourself in the sounds of the crystal singing bowls. There will be an opportunity for intention setting and reflection so please bring a journal!

The cacao we will be using was sourced from Quisqueya the Taíno name for what we now call the Dominican Republic and provided by @cadushicacao 💖
