Autumn Heart: Rest & Restore

After our first magical event @thebarnintottenham we wanted to come back October 19th to offer sakalya yoga 🧘‍♀️, a sound bath 😌, and yoga nidra infused with reiki 🤲🏻 our offering will focus on balancing and opening up the heart chakra along with creating a sense of ease for you to carry through the autumn season 🍁🍂 join us for our autumn heart event and be sure to save your spot via text, dm, or email 🤎🤍🧡
