This 45-minute Hatha class is a balanced, grounding practice designed to build strength, flexibility, and calm in both body and mind.
We’ll move at a steady, accessible pace, holding poses for several breaths to focus on proper alignment and mindful breathing. Expect a combination of standing and seated postures, gentle stretches, and foundational yoga poses that help improve balance, mobility, and body awareness.
