Navigating Accounting Software: Simplifying Child Care Business

With child care accounting software you can track all of your business expenses in one easy-to-access place and never worry about tax time again!

Accounting software used in child care lets you keep track of your finances with ease. Utilizing the features to record income and expenses, track your attendance, create invoices, and generate financial reports. Feel confident at tax time utilizing their respective accounting's extensive reporting tool and time-space calculation feature.

Part I: Is a two-hour introduction to accounting software used in child care. You will learn how to manage participant accounts, customize your settings, and create invoices. There will be a demonstration of inputting your information and generating the reports you will need for tax time.

Part II: This is a two-hour introduction to the parent portal where messages can be sent to families and accept payments from credit or debit accounts. You will learn effective accounting practices.

Note: This 4 hour training is divided into two sessions- Tuesday May 13 from 1:00-3:00 PM & Tuesday May 20, 2024 from 1:00 - 3:00pm
