Fishing with Fischer

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.! We’re thrilled to invite children ages 3 to 15 to join us for a fantastic fishing event hosted by Sayreville Recreation that promises laughter, learning, and a whole lot of fun!

If your child has never fished before, no worries at all! Our friendly Sayreville police officers will be there to guide them every step of the way. Officer Eric Fischer, our very own resident outdoorsman, is eager to share his expertise and passion for fishing with your little ones.

Thanks to the generous support of Sayreville NJ PBA Local #98 we’ll have all the poles and equipment ready for use, so just bring your enthusiasm! This is a perfect chance for families to bond, meet some of our dedicated officers, and create cherished memories together.
