Introduction to Sourdough Bread

Caring for a sourdough starter requires patience, attention and a sprinkle of love. In this introductory program, learn the art of feeding a sourdough starter with flour and water to create breads from scratch and take home a dry starter to make your very own bread. You will also have the opportunity to sample sourdough breads from Hopefully Homesteading, LLC with Amanda Strojinc.
