Rooted Together is a workshop experience designed to deepen the bond between moms/caregivers and their teen and tween girls/femmes. Through movement, reflection, and open conversation, this workshop creates a space for connection in a way that feels both meaningful and fun.

This spring edition of Rooted Together will embrace the season’s themes of renewal, creativity, and exploration. Just as spring invites us to plant new seeds and nurture growth, this session will encourage participants to explore new ways of connecting, communicating, and supporting each other.

What you’ll gain through the experience:

• Tools to navigate change and keep communication open
• New ways to understand and support each other
• Meaningful time together in nature

What the experience includes:

✔ A guided hike and reflection exercises to connect with nature and self.

✔ A workshop-style session with separate breakout groups for tweens and caregivers.

✔ Dedicated 1:1 connection time for caregivers and tweens to engage in meaningful conversation with guided prompts.

✔ A closing circle to share reflections and set intentions for the journey ahead.

Who should attend:

This program is for moms/maternal caregivers with tween (8-12) or teen (13-16) girls and femmes. This is for you if:

• You crave intentional 1:1 time together.
• You want to strengthen your relationship in a meaningful way.
• You struggle to carve quality time in your busy schedules
• You seek new ways to communicate, connect, and grow together.
• You are navigating changes—for example, new schools, friendships, responsibilities, or emotions.
