Begin the new year suspended in stillness under the Wolf’s Full Moon, the first lunar cycle of the year. This is a powerful time for reflection, recalibration, and intentional reset.
This Suspended in Sound experience invites you to gently release what no longer serves and step into the year feeling grounded, clear, and supported. Rest weightlessly in an aerial hammock while live sound moves in a full 360-degree field around you, above, below, and within, creating a deeply immersive sensory experience.
Erin Barnes, Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and Founder of Sound Haven Wellness, intuitively weaves therapeutic instruments from around the world, guiding the nervous system into a state of calm, balance, and restoration after the intensity of the holiday season.
Each sound journey is created live, in the moment, and uniquely shaped by the energy of the group. There are no recordings. This is a space to arrive fully, listen deeply, and begin the year with intention and presence.
