Postpartum Movement, Education & Community
Session 1- March16- May 4
Session 2- May 11- June 29
Strong After Birth is an 8-week postpartum movement and education series designed to support mothers as they transition into parenthood with strength, confidence, and support.
Grounded in the Body Ready Method® and a conscious, evidence-informed approach, this class recognises postpartum as a time of reorganisation—not something to “fix” or rush through.
This is not a fitness class and not rehab.
It is functional, baby-friendly postpartum support for real life with a baby.
What to Expect
Each class is intentionally structured to support both mother and baby:
15 min – Arrival, grounding, and check-in
20 min – Functional postpartum movement
20 min – Education & discussion

The education portion allows space for feeding, changing, soothing, and connection. Babies are always welcome and there is no expectation for them to be out of arms or settled for long periods.
