The CCMA Rising Star winner gained attention after winning NBC’s Songland with “Champagne Night” (Lady A). Named to CMT’s Next Women of Country class of 2024, her EP ONE HOUSE DOWN (from the girl next door) blends modern country with raw emotion. “I want young girls – and maybe my future daughter one day – to hear these songs and be like, ‘She was strong. Vancouver singer-songwriter Shawn Austin is one of Canada’s fastest-rising country talents. As the flagship artist of Local Hay Records, he earned CCMA nominations for Album of the Year, Single of the Year, and Rising Star Award. His Gold-certified hit “Tailgate To Heaven (ft. Chris Lane)” was Canada’s No. 1 most played country song for five weeks. Austin has toured with Dallas Smith and Old Dominion and was recently part of The Country MixTape Tour.
