Thirsty for Life: Navigating Parenting in the Digital Generation
An open forum to discuss parenting tweens and teens related to social media and beyond. Dr. Lauren Berger is a licensed clinical psychologist and professor of psychology at Skidmore College. She specializes in working clinically with adolescents and young adults who experience anxiety, self-esteem issues, relational conflict, and depression. Her current research focuses on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and missed milestones on teenagers during the pandemic. This event is free, no purchase required, but reservations are recommended - call 518-587-9694.
