Join us for this one-of-a-kind “Sacred Sinuosity” Yoga Dance Fusion,
a journey designed to bring bliss to your senses, strength and flexibility to your body, and wellness to your soul!
In this practice, yoga is seamlessly blended with the snake-like movements of the hips and belly dance to activate the chakras, awaken the energy of Kundalini rising, and unleash the goddess within.
Yoga and hips-belly dance form a perfect fusion, as the energizing connections created in yoga poses are amplified by the healing and empowering vortex of belly dance through layered, intentional movements.
This special women’s dance yoga practice combines the meditative presence of gentle yoga flow with the joy and celebration of Moroccan and African-inspired hips and belly dance. It’s a beautiful way to recharge your energy, express gratitude through mindful movement, and uplift your spirit. Your body will thank you—and you’ll feel radiant from the inside out!
Workshops will be themed:
September 19th - Egyptian Goddess, Sacral chakra, wear something orange 🧡
October 17th - Indian Goddess, Solar plexus chakra, wear some yellow. 💛
November 11th - Moroccan- African vibes. Heart chakra, bring some green 💚
Every workshop we will practice the following

• Floor yoga Dance flow
• Standing aura fluff-Dance
• Dance flow guided steps
• Joyful Hips-Belly-Dance
• Goddess slow flow Dance
• Meditative Savasana
