"Fluency Through Story"
Join us for an engaging session on TPRS 2.0 (Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling)—a powerful, story-based approach that helps students break through barriers to fluency. Based on nearly 30 years of classroom experience, this method uses comprehensible input through co-created stories to accelerate language acquisition and meaningful communication.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll experience TPRS from a learner’s perspective and try out practical storytelling strategies in small group practice. Whether you're new to TPRS or looking to refresh your skills, this session will offer creative techniques you can immediately use in your classroom.
Bonus: If you have TTRPG experience (as a GM or player), your storytelling instincts will shine here—bring them along!
