A trauma Release breathwork journey for women, to release shame and find their authentic voice and freequency of freedom
Through trauma release breathwork, embodied expression, voice healing transmissions and phisical unwinding we will express, release and embody a new version of self that can own and express her truth with confidence and ease
You will leave with a felt sense experience of being connected to your truth and your capacity to express it, without pushing, manipulating or trying to prove anything, but by simply vibrating truth and freedom
