Self-Defense Bootcamp

Your resident group "Defender" has a 6-week self-defense course starting July 8th and running through August 14th. Meet every Tuesday and Thursday over the 6-week period to develop a super-store sized defense toolbox through a wealth of strategic basics, defense scenario techniques, and exercises, all while working with other like-minded and inspired people.

Week 1-Awareness & Striking
Week 2-Grabs & Holds
Week 3-Effecient Movement
Week 4-Heavy Hitting & Assertiveness
Week 5-Ground Defense
Week 6-Put it all together
