Course Description/Goals:

Teaching your clients that visitation is about the child, not the parent. How to educate your client for the best interest of the child, and what the Court considers important.

Learning Objectives:

How to educate your client to reach a better understanding of what is in the child’s best interest and why the idea of “my child” is counterproductive to resolution of child custody.
