Honrando la memoria de nuestro maestro/fundador/jefe Omar Gallardo, Familia Xantotl seguirá con las tradiciones de la danza y les da la cordial invitación a nuestra ceremonia anual dedicada a la unión de los elementos y en donde honramos a líderes de nuestra comunidad.
La ceremonia de danza sera el sábado 23 de agosto en la escuela Elsie Allen en Santa Rosa. El altar se preparará de las 8-10 con cantos/alabanzas y la danza comenzará a las 10.
*Nota: Tendremos equipos voluntaries estacionados alrededor de la escuela y observadores legales presentes para mantener un espacio seguro para todes danzantes, comunidad y familias.
Tendremos sahumadores limitados ya que será adentro. No necesitaremos más sahumadores por ahora. Huehueteres, por favor comuníquense con Tomás para confirmar su presencia. Nos gustaría saber cuántos planean venir antemano para ayudar mantener la unión durante la ceremonia. Gracias.
La comida/convivió será después de la danza. Por favor traigan sus propios utensilios para reducir el desperdicio. Puestos son bienvenidos. Por favor contacten a Tomás también.
Se prohíbe el consume de alcohol y drogas.

Honoring the memory of our teacher/founder/jefe Omar Gallardo, Danza Xantotl will continue with the traditions of danza and extends an invitation to our annual ceremony dedicated to the union of the elements and where we honor leaders from our community.
The ceremony will be on Saturday August 23 at Elsie Allen HS in Santa Rosa. Altar set up and cantos/alabanzas will be from 8-10 and danza will begin at 10.
*Note: We will have teams of volunteers stationed around the campus and legal observers present to help maintain a safe space for all danzantes, community and familias.
We will have a limited number of sahumadores since the ceremony will be indoors. We will not need more sahumadores at this time. Drummers please reach out to Tomas to confirm your presence. We would like to know beforehand how many drummers we will have to maintain unity during the ceremony. Thank you.
Food will be after the danza. Please bring your own utensils to reduce waste. Vendors are welcome. Please contact Tomas as well.
