🥗 Salad: Organic Ruby Gem lettuce from Tamburin Family Farms (Sebastopol), heirloom tomatoes, dressed simply with lemon, olive oil, sea salt & cracked pepper
🥩 Entree: Rib-eye steak, seared to perfection on the stone in our wood-fired pizza oven

• Smashed potatoes with olive oil & sea salt
• Spinach sautéed with garlic & olive oil
