Kids' Sound Bath

Come join Mindful Kids and Seas the 30A for a soothing and relaxing Sound Bath designed for kids! This event is a fantastic way to introduce mindfulness and relaxation techniques to children in a fun and engaging way. Christina from Seas the 30A will guide the kids through a musical journey that will help them calm their minds and recharge their spirits.

High & Dry 850 will be set up with a cash mocktail bar for the grown-ups. Grab something to sip and hang out at the park or bring a mat and join the zen!
