SLS Santa Monica

SLS is transforming the iconic Santa Monica Pier on Friday May 23 in the league’s first-ever ‘Spot-Takeover’ event. A custom-built street skateboarding course will reimagine the Santa Monica Triple Set — one of skateboarding’s most iconic spots — right on the Santa Monica Pier for a FREE festival that pays homage to the place that shaped skateboarding into what it is today.

This exciting event brings the world’s best skaters and the highest level of competition to one of the OG spots that defined street skateboarding honoring their historic impact while pushing the limits to continue adding to their legacy. 

SLS Santa Monica Takeover will include a Men’s Wildcard Jam and both Women’s and Men’s Finals. 

Iconic food vendors will be featured including Heavy Handed Uncle Paulies 10/10 Burger Villa’s Tacos (Michelin Starred) Tacos 1986 Miya Miya 27 Club Coffee Prince St. Pizza and Moto Pizza. 

The event is FREE to the public however there are a limited ‘preferred seating’ tickets available which guarantee fans a bleacher seat an SLS gift and a signing session with the skaters. Tickets available to purchase on the website.
