Traveling Zoofari at SMTC

Families are invited to a special drop-in event at the Santa Maria Town Center on Saturday August 9th, when animals and professionals from the Central Coast Zoo of Atascadero will visit to share information and personal interaction with zoo animals.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Astra Book Club from Pioneer Valley High School will provide FREE books to children and a FREE craft in the first hour before characters come in.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Traveling Zoofari will be giving patrons of all ages the chance to meet wildlife and zoo educators to learn about conversation, animals and what it's like working - and living - in a zoo.
