Refund Policy

TERMS/WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Tickets are limited and the event and/or daily sessions may sell out. Each ticket is for a firm entry time slot.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled entry for the last sessions of the day to ensure the full benefit of your ticket entry.

WHEN YOU PURCHASE TICKETS, YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS:

All visitors must comply with event-specific and state-wide public health mandates when entering market boundaries and for their stay; admission will be denied otherwise.

IFAM will be a cashless event, so credit cards are preferred; however, checks will be accepted. An ATM is available near the Santa Fe Farmer's Market.

Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to guns and knives, are prohibited at all times during this private event for artists, attendees, volunteers, and staff.

Bag checks will be conducted by private security and security will be on hand to address public safety and security as well as asset protection.

There is no coat check. Backpacks, large bags, or any items bigger than a handbag or laptop bag, are not permitted at the Market. Shopping bags will be provided.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted within Market boundaries, except certified service animals for visitors with disabilities. IFAM requests that you please NOT leave pets in hot cars.

Please note that press and promotional photography and filming may occur on the premises. Attendance at the Market implies permission for your image to be used for non-commercial purposes (including media reports).

Children under age 16 may enter free but must always be accompanied by an adult and have a complimentary Youth Ticket scanned at entry.

All sales are final. IFAM does not offer any money-back guarantees, exchanges, or returns.

IFAM is New Mexico Safe Certified for retail and event activities. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission.

As Market dates approach, we will provide our community with pertinent information on festival preparedness, including what may be required beyond a ticket to enter Market Boundaries. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinances, regulations, and the rules of the event organizers when attending the event.
