Axon Drone as First Responder Road Show

The Santa Fe Police Department is hosting the Axon Drone As First Responder Road Show on Wednesday June 11, 2025, from 9 am until 1 pm at 1600 St. Michael’s Drive in front of the Greer Garson Theater.

We are inviting our local leaders and community members to learn about the equipment and how it is being used by public safety, public utilities and other government organizations. Live demonstrations with the equipment will take place and their staff will be on hand to answer questions.

The Axon DFR has the ability to integrate into SFPD’s current Axon ecosystem which includes body worn cameras, in car cameras, less lethal Tasers, digital evidence system, and records management system.

The information learned will be helpful as SFPD continues to leverage technology to keep our community safe and support the operational needs of officers in the field.

We are also planning on hosting an Axon Road Show around Halloween of this year to provide some hands on experience with Axon’s latest equipment. The event will be great for law enforcement officers and members of the community to check out and experience.
