Yin Yoga with Coral

Yin yoga is the counterpart to the more commonly known yang or vinyasa style of yoga which involves a steady-paced flow, often with one breath per movement. In yin, we slow down, we find stillness, we breathe, and we relax deeply. The purpose of yin yoga is to gently remold and unwind our bodies, to guide our minds toward stillness and ease, and to soften our hearts so that we may expand our capacity to love beyond separation and return to our basic goodness.
