This 6-week 2-hour experiential class will help you:

✅ Explore what satisfies you in relationships and how to build new ones.

✅ Nourish and deepen the scope of relationships you have.

✅ Discover relationships in need of repair before they drift away.

✅ Develop the courage and skills in a supportive group to restore relationship health.

The Methods used are:

✅ Brief lectures with discussion and brainstorming.

✅ Personal sharing in pairs, experiential exercises.

✅ Dramatizing lived experiences in a supportive and confidential setting.

This class is for anyone who wants to have better relationships—whether with a friend, relative, partner, or colleague.

✅ Specific strategies to identify relationship moments needing attention.

✅ Understanding of emotions, thoughts, and actions in key interactions.

✅ Hands-on practice testing new approaches in a supportive group setting.

✅ More courage in handling difficult conversations.

✅ Practical paths for transforming discord into communion.

✅ Stronger, more meaningful relationships.
