Brooks Track Workout Century High School

Train like the elites with Coach Jorge Jabaz at our Brooks Track Workouts every Thursday, at 6:30pm at Century High School's track. Coach Jabaz, a world-class coach who has trained top athletes from California to Sweden, will lead a session focused on speed, endurance, and race mechanics to help you break through limits and reach your next PR.

All running levels are welcome — from mile to marathon! This session is part of ASP Run Club's Brooks Track Workouts, available to members.
