About the SWCC: The Southwest Community Center (run by the nonprofit Community Action Partnership of Orange County; www.capoc.org) serves the low-income population of Santa Ana by providing hot meals seven days a week, distributing food bags, providing rental assistance through an eviction prevention program, holding financial education workshops (virtual/in person), and giving information and referrals to other community based/social services organizations. They provide vital resources to those who are un-housed including providing gently used clothing, hygiene kits and emergency food.
