St. Bernardus/Weihenstephan Collaboration Release Party!

Join us on Tuesday, July 22nd at 6PM for a special release party as we debut Kombine 2025, the latest collaboration between two of our favorite breweries, St. Bernardus and Weihenstephan!

This unfiltered Helles is a first in many ways for St. Bernardus! Brewed at their facility, using Weihenstephan yeast, a blend of both breweries’ hops, and crafted entirely under the German Reinheitsgebot. It’s also their first-ever bottom-fermented beer and skips bottle conditioning altogether. The result is a 6% ABV full-bodied blonde lager that’s smooth, slightly hazy, and subtly hoppy.

This project reflects both breweries’ deep roots and shared desire to innovate. The “Kombine” name signals the launch of a broader creative series of collaborations, each pushing new boundaries while honoring tradition. Come raise a glass with us and taste the future!
