Mean Girl Self Defense & Sisterhood of the Traveling Gi's are teaming up to bring women a FREE introduction to Self-Defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — starting with a brief Intro to Self-Defense, followed by a welcoming Open Mat session!
This event is open to ALL levels — whether you’re brand new or a seasoned practitioner. We’ll kick things off with simple, practical self-defense techniques, then roll into an Open Mat where new students can get basic BJJ instruction, and experienced practitioners can train freely.
No experience? No problem. This is a safe, supportive, and empowering space to learn, move, and grow — together. Bring a friend and make sure to register, space it limited!
