Junior School (Years 3-5) Grandparents' Day

WHEN: Thursday 22 May 2025
WHERE: Terence Butler Auditorium
TIME: The concert will commence at 9.30am and the event will conclude at 11.30am.
• Concert and morning tea held in the Auditorium (9.30am - 10.50am)
• Classroom visits (10.50am - 11.30am)

BOOK STALL: There will be a book stall during our Grandparents’ Day where grandparents can purchase a book to donate to the Stephens Library. Your donation will be acknowledged inside the book cover.

PARKING: To assist with parking we recommend that you park at Wrest Point and take advantage of the free shuttle bus service we provide. Shuttle buses will leave Wrest Point from 8.45am outside the Convention Centre entrance (on the waterfront) and return you from 11.15am onwards. Please
contact us below if you have any special needs (wheelchair etc.) for parking on 6221 4269.

RSVP: Due to seating capacity we kindly ask grandparents to RSVP through our online booking system. We also suggest that you touch base with your grandson(s) to let him/them know if you are attending so they know to expect you on the day.
