The Clay Within

Step into an immersive workshop designed to reconnect you with your innate creativity and inner wisdom through the integration of meditation, gentle Qigong, and free-form expression with clay.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to ground the mind and invite presence, followed by a gentle Qigong flow to awaken the body and encourage the natural movement of energy. With your senses enlivened and your inner rhythm activated, you’ll then move into an open-ended clay exploration—no prior experience required. Here, clay becomes a mirror, a medium through which your spirit can speak freely without words.

Clay holds a unique potency as an expressive medium—it responds instantly to your touch, capturing emotion, intention, and energy. Working with your hands in this primal, tactile way helps bypass the analytical mind, giving voice to feelings and insights that may not yet have language.

This workshop is not about technique or perfection, but about process: tapping into the intelligence of the body, the spaciousness of the mind, and the creativity of the soul. Leave feeling more connected, clear, and creatively alive.
