Step into an evening of deep restoration and embodied self-care at SEIKRID Baths—our signature Spa Night at SEIKRID. This is not your typical spa experience. It’s a ritual, a return to the body, a place to exhale and remember what it feels like to be truly cared for.

Throughout the evening, you’ll move at your own pace through a variety of healing offerings designed to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and leave you glowing from the inside out. Come solo or bring a loved one and sink into a space curated for connection, relaxation, and replenishment.

• Infrared Sauna – Detoxify and restore while basking in the healing warmth of full-spectrum infrared light
• Cold Plunge – Reawaken your senses and build resilience with a refreshing dip into the present moment
• Spa Services – For an additional fee enjoy a special massage service offered by our senior massage therapist Deb.
• Mini Bodywork & Energy Sessions – Offered throughout the evening by our rotating team of intuitive practitioners
• Soothing Soundscapes – A curated sound journey playing throughout the space to support nervous system regulation and inner peace
• Candlelight, Aromatherapy & Ambient Rituals – Designed to soften the edges and bring you home to your senses

This is a self-guided experience with gentle guidance from our team. You’re invited to explore each station intuitively—linger in the sauna, nap in the lounge, or step into the cold plunge when you feel called. There’s no rush, no pressure—just presence.
