Sacred Sound, Poetry & Prayer was created to provide as a multi-layered experience using crystals singing bowls, spoken word and poetry. During this 1-hour meditation practice you will be provided a yoga mat, blanket and bolster. Registration is required to attend, as space is limited. Exchange: $25
