Fall victim to Pier Pressure with your community and trainers from local fitness centers for a FREE community workout every Saturday morning at 8 a.m., from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Participants will learn proper stretching, outdoor exercises and can walk or run at their own pace in downtown Sandusky along the various piers overlooking Sandusky Bay and Lake Erie.
Open to all ages, but please leave your furry friends at home. Workouts will vary each week depending on fitness center and instructor assigned to each morning. Participants must sign waiver before joining program. www.runsignup.com/pierpressure2025
