Full Moon Meditation & Sound bath

The Full Moon is a time to bring everything into the light and release it.

I will be hosting a full moon sound bath Saturday August 9th @ 7:30pm.

What to expect: you lay or sit in gravity lawn chairs. I will walk you through a meditation to get you nice and relaxed.
Then I will play a variety of instruments.

Oh and also a nice treat afterwards .
