On arrival, enjoy a spinach and spice crumpet with smoked rainbow trout, dill cream, and onion crackling, and savour black sesame-crusted halloumi on a refreshing melon, avocado, and cucumber salad. Perfect your cooking skills with a partner while you prepare a pink peppercorn-crusted beef fillet with tender-stem broccoli fingers, cauliflower mash, and a smoked chilli asparagus velouté. Finish with a decadent chocolate mousse pot served with a vanilla strawberry and bubbly pistachio tuile. Whether you're a seasoned cook or a kitchen newbie, this interactive experience is the perfect recipe for a fun night out. So, bring your appetite and an open heart – who knows what might be simmering by dessert?
