Savour a starter of albondigas soup with barra de pan – juicy meatballs simmered in a spiced tomato sauce, paired with fresh crusty bread.

For the evento principal, you’ll create a stunning Valencian paella, featuring saffron-infused rice, tender chicken and butter beans, alongside escalivada, a dish of fire-roasted vegetables drizzled with olive oil and sherry vinegar. End the night on a sweet note with the beloved tarta de Santiago, a zesty cake that has stood the test of time.
