The Sandpoint Renaissance Faire is a 2 day event where we camp, and demonstrate medieval and renaissance awesomeness. this year no projectiles are allowed.
We NEED people to volunteer to load up Thursday night to drive out Friday and set up and to work shifts Saturday and Sunday then take down on Sunday, pack up Sunday and UNPACK Monday.

is Saturday 10 am - 6 PM and Sunday 10 am - 6 PM
and we are going to be next to the viking encampment from what I have been told, we will be doing combat demonstrations and arts demonstrations.
We need folks who are willing to demonstrate combat, sit about camp and look medieval, and talk to the public about history or about what we are doing (or what you are doing) so for example if you are sewing, or working on armor or if 2 people are fighting, or what ever, if your an archer, you talk to people about archery... ect..
If you are camping in the encampment with us your tent MUST appear medieval and blend into the encampment or be easily disguised. You must appear medieval as must your children.
Everyone who takes shifts in the encampment will of course be on the gate list for Alhambra (free entry) so I need your name in advance) and I need to know what hours you are committed to.
This is an important demo for us. It is the biggest one of the year for us.

The plan...
We load up a box truck on Thursday at Marcy's Friday Morning we drive it to Sandpoint and unload and set up , then camp. Saturday Morning Faire Starts.
Sunday night when faire closes we tare down and pack and load up the truck and drive it back to Marcy's Monday Morning we come back to Marcy's and Unload it and Return it.
THIS IS NOT FUN FOR ONE PERSON!
