Joyful Movement Yoga Class

Join us once again for Joyful Movement Yoga!!! We're back � and it's time to find your personal authentic expression of traditional yoga postures with circular movement integration - and a little bit of dancing! Let's sway, jump, groove or just move with some music and take that energy with us into simple, slow, accessible flows that connect us to body and breath.
