FREE Beer Yoga at the Sands Bowlo with Amy

Looking for the perfect way to unwind on a Saturday afternoon? ☀️

Join us for a 45min beginner-friendly Flow and Stretch yoga class paired with your favourite drink! Beer yoga combines the physical and mental benefits of yoga with the fun of trying not to spill your drink in the process! 🍺🧘‍♀️🍷

This class is led by local Yoga Teacher Amy and specifically designed to help you relax, unwind, and leave feeling better than when you arrived! No yoga experience needed—just good vibes and comfy clothes!

Details:

🕐 45 min class
🍸 Buy your favourite drink from the bar
🧺 BYO yoga mat or towel
⏰ Arrive 10 minutes early to grab your drink and set up your mat on the green (we have a wet weather plan, so this event will go ahead no matter what!)
