Forest Bathing Experience in private woodland

I am delighted to invite a small group of nature explorers to join me for a delicious 3 hours of nature immersion and forest bathing in this very special Cheshire woodland.

Shinrin yoku (Forest Bathing) roughly translates from Japanese to English as 'bathing one's senses in the atmosphere of the forest' and is an opportunity to slow down and drop into the rhythm of nature and connect deeply via mindful practice.

If you have never experienced conscious connection to nature in this way, it's tricky to describe in words, so please come and join us and have your own beyond words experience!

If you're a seasoned Forest Bather, you will know that every guided experience is different, and you may feel called to Shear Brook Wood to connect with the essence of this beautiful land.

It's a rare privilege to engage in nature immersion on private woodland and this invitation affords the opportunity to learn more about the restoration and conservation of the land and to contribute to the ongoing care of the trees and wildlife who live there.
