Chef Nathan Cooper (Prasad) brings his 20 years of international experience. From fine dining, running banquet kitchens to intimate bespoke events and designing menus for heads of state to you. Now residing in the south of the Hunter Valley in picturesque Wollombi. In more recent years becoming more conscious, and placing more emphasis on a balanced plant-based approach sourcing sustainable ingredients when available. Incorporating this experience into a modern lighter fresher take on international cuisine.
