Circle of Grace: Meditation & Mentoring for All Levels

Whether you're just beginning your meditation journey or have years of experience, we warmly invite you to join us for a nourishing session of stillness and connection.

Together, we will:
🌿 Explore gentle, grounding breathing techniques
🌿 Participate in a simple Mantra practice
🌿 Share a guided meditation in a peaceful, supportive space
🌿 Open space for your questions about our practices and traditions

Beginners are welcome with open arms, and experienced meditators will find an opportunity to deepen their practice within a like-minded community.

Come as you are. All you need is your breath and your presence.
