San Miguel Tai Chi

Spring into health with Tai Chi, a gentle, low impact and effective form of exercise for all ages and levels. Enjoy in Studio classes to Improve health, balance, co-ordination, good posture and flexibility. Lydia's class is a fun fusion of Tai Chi dance & Qi Gong flow for mind body harmony.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Time 9:30am-10:30am
Drop In $300 pesos
1 week introductory $500 pesos
