Elements Circle

The elements circle is a transformational modality in which an
intentional space is set as the foundation, and in which the participants
transition through physical and emotional states related to the elements.
The sequence of the 5 elements begins with space and transitions to
Earth-Water-Air-Fire and returns to space.

The power of this dynamic lies in the depth of intention established by
the facilitator together with the participants, prior to the Circle.

The elements are represented in the participant’s physical expression
In space there is stillness and intention
In earth we have exploratory movement, we recognize water trough tea
drank in a ceremonial way, through dance we discover air. During fire we
integrate through the sound healing and stillness

The completion of the circle is held in the sharing in Circle as a tribe.
