Celebrate the turning of the season with a grounding, healing afternoon of Yin Yoga and Reiki energy work.

Led by beloved Bloom facilitators Susie and Georgia, this 4-hour seasonal immersion invites you to consciously step into summer — releasing the old and making space for what’s ready to blossom.

This deeply nourishing workshop combines the stillness of Yin Yoga with the subtle, transformative energy of Reiki Healing, designed to support your body, mind, and spirit in moving with the natural rhythms of the season.

• A slow, grounding Yin Yoga flow to stretch fascia and calm the nervous system
• Reiki healing woven throughout to clear energetic blockages and restore balance

🧺 What to Bring / What’s Provided:
We provide bolsters, blankets, blocks, and sandbags. You're welcome to bring an eye pillow or favorite comfort props. Arrive 15–30 minutes early to settle in.
