Wolf Full Moon Practice

Join us for a special practice focusing on connecting with the breath, Asana Poses including forms and balances then wrapping it all up in an inner peace bundle with some mindful Meditation! Harness the energies of the Moon with this special practice! New and Full Moon classes have been moved to the studio for Fall/Winter. Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow or borrow one of ours! Please sign up early so that we can meet our minimum number or participants OR so you get a spot!
